Updated: April 15, 2022

Our Commitment to Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

The Information We Collect:

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted to us. When participating in our fintech courses – whether it be by viewing webinars and videos, responding to surveys, polling, exams and feedback requests - we request several types of information. The types of more personal information can include:

  • Name

  • Address / Location

  • Email address

  • Job function

  • Gender

  • Age bracket

If you are requesting continuing education credits, we will additionally ask and collect your member IDs to your professional organizations.  This information is collected so that our continuing education partners can properly identify you to credit your CE credits earned.

The Way We Use Information:

As a professional website, statistics about website usage and other information you provide is also collected in order to improve website usage and ensure that we provide content which is most relevant to you.  In addition, the statistics we collect can be used to report website impact to our partners and sponsors.  If you are requesting continuing education credits, we use the information to send you a certificate of attendance and notify the appropriate continuing education organization of your participation.  We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

When you send us an email, we use your return email addresses to answer your email and may forward your email along to the appropriate partner or sponsor to respond to your email. Such email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless you are asking for outside party help or information.

You can register and subscribe to our website to receive email notifications of upcoming webinars, courses and events. We use your registration/subscription email address to send follow-up surveys and future event invitations. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files which are automatically generated and placed on your computer by your Internet browser and contain session information. We use cookies to keep track of your registration information that is passed between forms during the webinar workflow process and to pre-populate your registration form when you return to the Webinar Portal.  Other 3rd party services we use may also use cookies such as Google Analytics, a service from Google Inc. (“Google”). You can configure your browser to not allow any cookies or to be warned when a cookie is placed on your system. See the documentation of your browser on how to do this. Disabling cookies will interfere with your browsing experience when attending webinars and completing the webinar workflow process.  Because you are not able to complete a webinar to receive continuing education credit without using cookies, we do politely ask that you allow your browser to use cookies from our websites.

Our Commitment to Data Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by e-mailing info@dwealth.education  from the e-mail address that you provided us when filling out your information. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
